Not following the herd apparently seems to have been an attribute of mine since an early age. In really looking at my response, I did answer the teacher's two-part question using the recipe framework, yet I completely ignored the first part and substituted (pun intended) the second part with a non-food, esoteric, possibly prophetic, witty, and decidedly philosophic rendition of xxxx
